I need an invitation letter for my visa application. How do I obtain one?

Before obtaining an invitation letter, all registration fees must be paid in full. Individuals can download their invitation letter via the myESMO area of this website. Group leaders can download invitation letter/s on behalf of their group's participants.

Can I purchase tickets and provide the names later?

Yes, you can proceed by using the bulk registration. Further information is available on the group registration page.

I am based in a developing country, why am I not able to register at the developing countries fee?

The developing countries fee applies to ESMO members only, otherwise the non member fee will apply.

What are the webcasts?

Webcasts are digital recordings of the congress sessions, which combine a session slide set with the presenter's voice. In most cases these are available for viewing 48 hours after the session. ESMO 2014 webcasts can be accessed by ESMO members and congress delegates who have elected to pay the webcast fee.

My registration fee does not include webcast access. Can I pay the extra fee to access the webcasts?

Yes, you can do this either by contacting us (Select: Event>ESMO Congress Madrid 2014>Registration) or on site at one of the registration desks.

What is your cancellation refund policy?

Refund of the registration fee (less 100 euros for administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the ESMO Congress Secretariat in writing before 23 July 2014. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds by bank transfer or to a credit card will be processed after the congress.
Bulk registration: Please note that for group registrations purchased at the bulk registration discount, there will be no refund given for any unused registrations.

Does the registration fee include a transport pass?

Yes, a five-day Zone A transport pass is included.

Does the registration fee include lunch/refreshments?

No, the registration fee does not include lunch and refreshments. Information regarding cafes and food courts will be added in August 2014.

Is it possible to book a meeting room at the venue?

When will I be able to print my Certificate of Attendance?

Delegates will be able to print their certificates from Monday 29 September 2014 and for up to one month after the congress.
