ELCC 2017: Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment must accompany the registration and be processed within the appropriate deadline.

We accept the following methods of payment:

We accept Visa, Euro/MasterCard and American Express. Please note that Diners is not accepted.

Please clearly indicate the Confirmation number, the name of the participant and ELCC2017 in all remittances. Please note that neither personal cheques nor Eurocheques are accepted.

Name changes

Name changes received prior to the late registration deadline (12 April) are free of charge for both individual and group registration. After this date, a handling fee of EUR 100 will be charged for each name change.

For individual registrations name changes should be notified in writing to the ELCC Conference Secretariat to elcc.registration@esmo.org.

Group registration name changes should be processed directly online. Name change requests by email, fax or phone will not be accepted.

Important note: A member registration fee can only be replaced by another member

Cancellation refund policy

Refund of the registration fee (minus EUR 100 for administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the ELCC Conference Secretariat in writing before 15 March 2017. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds by bank transfer or to a credit card will be processed after the conference.

Bulk registration: Please note that for group registrations purchased at the bulk registration discount, there will be no refund given for any unused registrations.
