CME Tests for ESMO Handbooks
Our online CME tests for ESMO Handbooks enable members to accrue CME points.
We are committed to providing our members with educational material and opportunities that are useful and relevant to their work and practice. In 2009 ESMO started the development of the online CME test for the ESMO Handbook – enabling ESMO Members to accrue CME points.
- The ESMO Handbook CME test consists of 10 questions. You may take the test twice and the pass rate needs to be 66% or above.
- Upon successful completion of the test, you will be issued with an ESMO CME certificate awarding 5 ESMO-MORA category 1 points.
- ESMO members have the option to print the certificate immediately or keep it in the CME bank to print out at a later stage.
- Each Handbook CME test is available for two years after the handbook’s release.
Help us improve: At the end of the test, please complete the evaluation survey and share your feedback on how the material met your specific learning objectives.
2015 ESMO Handbook on Translational Research
This handbook is an update of the ESMO Handbook of Translational Research, which was first published in 2007. This update was needed due to important advances in cancer treatments in recent years, mostly based on new discoveries on molecular mechanisms, biological processes of human tumours, and emerging technologies. In addition, the continuous integration between preclinical and clinical research, and the recognition of the role of translational medicine, has promoted the development of precision medicine as a truly cross-disciplinary collaboration among cancer scientists and clinicians.
The CME Test for the 2015 Handbook on Translational Research will be available until November 2017.
2014 ESMO Handbook on Rehabilitation Issues During Cancer Treatment and Follow-Up
