Job Description

The CRUK Glasgow Centre is offering a variety of two to three year posts to facilitate basic, translational or clinical research experience and training in the following tumour types: glioblastoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and ovarian, colorectal, pancreatic and prostate cancers.

The training fellowships are designed to provide a state-of-the-art research experience, within a structured training environment, for future academic clinicians and appointees will be expected to develop a programme of research in an area of cancer research that has potential translational implications. Details of individual research projects can be  found here.

These CRF posts allow the development of a research project leading to the submission of a PhD degree. Although research will form the major component of this post, participation in associated clinical duties and teaching may be incorporated into the Job Plan.
