ESMO Guidelines Working Group
The ESMO Guidelines Working Group (GLWG) manages the ESMO Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG), which intend to provide you with a set of recommendations for the best standard of care.
Activities and responsibilities
- Reviewing, updating and publishing ESMO Clinical Practice Guidelines and Pocket Guidelines
- Organising ESMO Consensus Conferences and publishing Consensus Guidelines
- Disseminating publications in print and online on the Annals of Oncology, ESMO and OncologyPRO websites
- Organising interactive Guidelines sessions at the ESMO and European Multidisciplinary Cancer Congresses
- Leading author training sessions to improve the homogeneity and quality of ESMO Clinical Practice Guidelines
- Working with other societies to develop multidisciplinary clinical practice guidelines
